Partial Outage6th May 2004 11:45 At approx 11:40 today, 6th of May, broadband customers will have experienced an outage of approx 40 minutes. This was due to our interconnect provider Xchangepoint Europe suffering a switch failure at one of their docklands sites. This failure of 3rd party equipment severed our connectivity for DSL services, colocation, transit and hosting customers were not affected. We are working with Xchangepoint to ascertain the reason for the switch failure and will update our support page http://www.i2.net.uk/servicesstatus.php with more information as it becomes available. Please accept our apologise for the break in service.
