Partial Outage17th Febuary 2004 11:30 We experience a partial outage to some of our peers who connect to us via Xchangepoint due to a switch failure on the XchangePoint switch at Harbour exchange. The outage occurred between 11:30 and 11:45. ADSL customers will also have experience an outage during this period as our link to Bulldog was affected by the switch failure. XP engineers are investigating the reason for the failure.
In the meantime we will be moved to a different switch until the problems can be resolved.
