Partial Outage16th Febuary 2004 14:10 We experience a partial outage to some of our peers who connect to us via Xchangepoint due to a switch failure on the XchangePoint switch at Harbour exchange. The outage occurred between 14:10 and 14:25. ADSL customers will also have experience an outage during this period as our link to Bulldog was affected by the switch failure. XP engineers are investigating the reason for the failure.
