Outage7th January 2004 14:30 Broadband customers may have lost their connections between 14:25 and 14:30 due to a network incident on our connection to the XPE Peering point. Colocation and hosted customers may have experienced a degraded service during that time. Presently we are investigating the reason for the short outage with XPE.
